EAT: ISHIYA STONE GRILL, MELBOURNE CBD
What better than a sizzling good time over a slab of hot volcanic rock with juicy, tender, succulent cuts of quality beef to chase away those winter blues? Or lamb, or seafood if those tickle your fancy. Such is the experience that awaits you at Melbourne CBD’s Ishiya Stone Grill. And while the highlight of the show is very much the stone grill cooking of whatever produce you opt for, there is also quite a number of tasty side attractions to throw at your taste buds before digging into the main meaty affair (truffle cured salmon tataki, anyone?). We quite enjoyed the one of their custom stone grill menus for 2, featuring a nice selection of their menu highlights and quite a substantial amount of food. It’s a good thing the hubby is a big meat eater!
