RECAP: QVM WINTER NIGHT MARKET 2016
Almost all Melburnians will know of the highly popular night market series that takes place at the Queen Victoria Market during the summer, and now winter months. So why am I even bothering with this post? Because cheeeeeeeese.
During a very recent visit to the night market, I stumbled across a particularly long queue. I followed said queue to track the source and to my delight, my eyes landed on two giant cheese wheels filled with pasta. THE EPIC CACIO E PEPE (cheese and pepper pasta, served out of a cheese wheel) IS AVAILABLE AT THAT'S AMORE CHEESE'S MOZZARELLA BAR!!! Be still my beating heart...
The winter night market series runs every Wednesday night (5pm - 10pm) from June 1st to August 31st. If you're a fan of cheese, this is one dish you won't want to miss!
