EAT: YELLOW ESPRESSO, BALLARAT

We got to experience how Ballarat does coffee and ‘brunch’ with a breakfast date at Yellow Espresso before continuing our weekend of exploring Ballarat’s vibrant food scene. The offerings were fairly simple but the freshness of the ingredients, overall balance of flavours and execution faultless. Needless to say, our picks of the smashed avo and corn fritters went down a treat, especially when paired with a quality cuppa joe.
