EAT: LOMAH, PRAHRAN
Mama always said eat your greens, or rather in this case eat the colours of the rainbow. It’s definitely easily done when it looks as vibrantly fresh and inviting as the trays at LOMAH, with locations at Melbourne Central and Prahran. The latter is located just down the road from work so it’s good to know there is a healthy AND tasty option nearby for the occasional weekday lunch adventure. In fact I’ve already visited twice within the past few weeks, with an eggplant sabich tray during visit 1 and falafel pita the second time around. The use of quality ingredients was evident in each bite and all the elements came together beautifully in both the tray and pita, but the highlights would be velvety smooth hummus pile and the drizzle of tahini sauce imparting a distinctive burst of fragrant flavouring bite after bite. It’s hard to believe that healthy can taste so good - you’ll just have to see (or rather, taste) for yourself!
