RECAP: MFWF PASTUSO MEETS GIPPSLAND LAUNCH
When it comes to the best go-to for ceviche and Peruvian grilled meats, only one Melbourne restaurant springs to mind and that's Pastuso Melbourne. And when Chef Alejandro Saravia decides to throw in some fresh produce from the Gippsland region into this already tasty equation, you end up with one insanely delicious gastronomic affair.
Get a taste of this winning combination during the upcoming Pastuso Meets Gippsland dinner event, held as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival 2018.
The six course dinner will take place on March 20th at 7.00pm, taking guests and their taste buds on a journey through the rolling green pastures of Gippsland, with dishes inspired by both the high-quality produce that stems from the region and Chef Alejandro's Latin American roots. Guests won't need to look too far to catch a glimpse of Gippsland, with the recent unveiling of a gorgeous graffiti mural inspired by said region (created by a local artist and commissioned by Pastuso) to further set the mood.
