RECAP: TAP. SPARKLING WINE LAUNCH
We've all heard of beer and cider on tap before, but wine on tap? It’s really a thing thanks to the folks behind TAP. Wines. And it’s absolutely delicious, with absolutely no compromise to quality and taste.
Simple but genius, TAP. Wines deliver premium quality wines in reusable, stainless steel kegs, connected to their custom designed towers that promise a perfectly-poured glass of wine time and time again. The preservation of the wines in their kegs eliminates the risk of spoilage that can come with the traditional bottled wines. Just as important, their philosophy also extends past the quality of the wine to implementing a cost effective and environmentally friendly approach to the storage and serving of wines.
Just in time for the warmer weather, TAP. Wines have now added a refreshing and light sparkling Prosecco wine to their growing range. The launch of Australia’s first Italian sparkling wine on tap was celebrated at the recently opened Thirty Eight Chairs eatery in Carlton, which saw the pairing of delicious Italiano bites with a free flow of TAP. wines. A grand time was had by all and thoughts of a revisit to properly taste the food on offer at Thirty Eight Chairs were implanted in mind. Watch this space...
Disclosure: I attended the launch as a guest of TAP. Wines and Reymond Communications. All opinions expressed in this post are based entirely on my experience and observations made during the time of my visit.
